These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of emesticacure.us and the free homeowner-to-contractor directory and help line operated by EmesticaCure ("EmesticaCure," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, calling our help line, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our directory.
EmesticaCure is a free service that connects Georgia homeowners with independent, water damage restoration contractors listed or reviewed through our directory. We are not the contractor performing the work. The independent contractor is an independent business responsible for its own license, insurance, employees, equipment, and workmanship.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal occupant, owner, or authorized agent of the property where service is being requested.
Inspection fees, written scopes, and payment terms are set by each independent contractor. Pricing in any calculator, blog post, or page on this site is a range estimate — actual cost is set by the contractor after on-site inspection.
A listed contractor may help document an insurance claim, but coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company. We do not guarantee that any specific damage will be covered or that any specific dollar amount will be approved.

All site content — text, graphics, photos, logos, code, and the cost calculator's pricing model — is owned by EmesticaCure or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may link to any page on this site freely. You may not republish full articles or the calculator output without attribution and a do-follow link back to the original page.
By submitting your phone number, you consent to be contacted by EmesticaCure and the independent contractor about your directory request, including by call, text, autodialer, or pre-recorded message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages.
The site and the connection service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmesticaCure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or property, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the work performed by any independent contractor referred through the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site or the referral service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EmesticaCure from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your dispute with any contractor referred through the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any action arising from these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
