    Digital services only — nothing is shipped.

    EmesticaCure is an online directory of water damage restoration contractors. We do not sell or ship any physical products, and no shipment, freight, or delivery of goods takes place through this website.

    What is delivered, and when

    • For contractors: a paid membership delivers access to your listing and contractor dashboard. Access is activated after payment and completion of our listing review, typically within 1–2 business days.
    • For homeowners: the directory, company profiles, and help line are free and available immediately. Homeowners are never charged for anything on this site.
    • Documents: verification documents submitted by contractors are uploaded and stored electronically — nothing is mailed.

    Restoration work itself

    Water damage restoration work is performed directly by the independent contractors you contact, under their own agreements, scheduling, and terms. EmesticaCure does not dispatch, schedule, or deliver restoration services, and is not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.
